EXPLANATORY NOTE

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF Granit”  JSC  JSC

According to point 3 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-4720 dated April 24, 2015 "On measures to introduce modern methods of corporate governance in joint-stock companies", a standard organizational structure of the joint-stock company was developed based on an in-depth study of the management system in leading foreign companies.

It was also established that within three months the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Privatization, Demonopolization and Development of Competition, other interested departments and supervisory boards of joint-stock companies ensure the alignment of the organizational structures of joint-stock companies with the standard structure taking into account their industry specificity.

In accordance with the above and the standard organizational structure of the joint-stock company, the organizational structure of “Chelak paxta tozalash”  JSC has been developed.

The organizational structure of “Сhelak paxta tozalash”  JSC  was approved by the general meeting of shareholders on 28.06.2017.
